I'm trying to book a room, but can't find the room I'm looking for.

This guide will walk you through adjusting your search criteria to view spaces on campus.  




1. If you're having difficulty finding a particular room or venue in the EMS web app, first ensure that you're in the correct reservation template.

For the Lane University Center, Multicultural Center, or Quads, be sure you have selected the reservation template named "...LUC, MCC & Quads".

2. For all other spaces on campus, make sure you choose "Room Request - Faculty/Staff" or "Room Request - Student Organization."

3. If you're in the correct template, and the venue you are looking for is still not appearing, ensure you have the correct information entered under "Let Me Search For A Room."

4. For example, some venues have minimum attendance counts, and they'll only appear once there's minimum attendance counts have been met.

5. The Atkinson Room has a minimum required attendance of 50 and the EMS Web App will only show it as an available option if your event meets that minimum attendance.

6. The ARMAH has a minimum required attendance of 100 and the EMS Web App will only show it as an available option if your event meets that minimum attendance.
