Why does my EMS Web App account show as Inactive or Pending?

This guide will explain why your account may show as inactive or pending for the EMS Web App.

EMS Web App accounts are not automatically created for users on campus. 

If your account is showing as inactive and you are a Faculty or Staff member, your account has likely been disabled due to an extended period of inactivity.  This is done due to license management.  Please email events@frostburg.edu to have your account activated.  

If you are a student that is authorized to request space on behalf of a Recognized Student Organization, and your account is showing as inactive, this typically means that you have not yet completed the annual required Event Planning 101 Course, or you have completed it but not yet notified events@frostburg.edu that you have completed it (and scored the required 100% on the quiz).
